There is plenty of boat storage available on site with approximately 40 swing mooring slips and approximately 15 dry storage spots. (max. 350sq ft.) We have a 32foot wide concrete and steel launch ramp with 80’ of floating dock beside it.

A storage shed and covered work area is also onsite for TMCC equipment and tools and for member use.

Our fenced property encloses a large parking area for members and their guests during the summer, though parking is limited during winter storage time.

Storage lockers are available to the members for an annual fee, shared 4ft x 4ft x 7ft high half-sheds.  No fuel storage is allowed in the sheds.

Winter Storage:

Boats that are on summer moorings are hauled out about mid-October for winter storage on our grounds.  Masts must be removed and placed in the mast racks or on stands. There is blocking available for boats from the club supplies, though members must supply their own specialized blocks, stands, cradles and/or trailers.  All the boats are either hauled out or launched during one day when we hire a mobile crane to come in.

Winter Storage for non-member boats is available if there is space after all our member boats are accommodated.

The Neighbourhood:

TMCC shares a fenced-in area with other Outer Harbour Sailing Federation clubs.

The Great Lakes Waterfront Trail system passes our grounds just outside our gate. Cherry Beach and the adjoining off-leash waterfront dog park is 1 km to the west.

Downtown Toronto is only minutes away by bike, car or taxi.  The nearest public transit stop is one kilometre away at Cherry Beach, TTC bus route 172B.
